By creating an account, you agree to our dating safety rules, photo review, verification checks, moderation policies, and respectful conduct requirements.

Welcome to Meetance

Meetance is a dating and social discovery platform for adults who want respectful, honest and meaningful connections. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for creating an account, building a profile, uploading photos, messaging other members and using our safety tools.

By creating an account or continuing to use Meetance, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to follow them.

1. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use any dating feature.
  • You must provide accurate information about yourself, including your age, gender, city, profile answers and photos.
  • You may not impersonate another person, use a fake identity, create duplicate accounts to avoid moderation, or sell or transfer your account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

2. Dating Profile Rules

Your profile should represent you honestly. Profile names, bios, answers, interests, photos and preferences must not be deceptive, abusive, sexually explicit, hateful, threatening, spammy or designed to mislead other members.

  • Do not post contact details, payment links, advertising, external solicitation or scam content in profile fields.
  • Do not claim false verification, employment, education, location, relationship status or identity information.
  • Do not upload content involving minors, nudity, sexual services, violence, weapons, illegal activity or private information about another person.

3. Photo Review, Moderation and Verification

Photos uploaded to Meetance may be reviewed before they become visible to other members. We may approve, reject, crop, blur, edit, hide or remove images that do not meet our safety and quality standards.

  • Your main profile photo should clearly show you and should not be misleading.
  • Admin moderators may check uploaded photos to confirm they are suitable for a dating community.
  • If a photo needs moderation edits, the edited version may be shown publicly while the original remains privately available only to authorized admins for audit and safety review.
  • Verification photos or documents may be used to confirm account trust signals. Do not place identity documents, phone numbers, addresses or private records in public profile areas.
  • Photo approval does not guarantee identity, safety, compatibility or the truth of every profile claim.

4. Messaging, Consent and Member Conduct

Meetance is built for consent-based communication. Treat every member with respect and stop contacting anyone who asks you to stop.

  • Do not harass, threaten, shame, stalk, blackmail, pressure or abuse another member.
  • Do not request money, gifts, investments, crypto transfers, loans, adult content or off-platform payments.
  • Do not send spam, automated messages, phishing links, malware, fake promotions or commercial offers.
  • Do not share private conversations, photos or personal data from another member without permission.
  • Report suspicious, abusive or unsafe behavior using the available report and block tools.

5. Safety Systems and Content Checks

To protect the community, Meetance may use automated filters, bad-word checks, image moderation, admin review, user reports, risk flags and verification workflows. Content that triggers a safety rule may be masked, logged, rejected or sent to admins for review.

We may review profile answers, uploaded images, public profile content, reports and selected message metadata when needed to investigate abuse, enforce these terms, protect members or comply with legal obligations.

6. Matches, Recommendations and Nearby Features

Meetance may use profile answers, preferences, city, distance settings, activity signals and compatibility data to suggest members near you or people you may like. Recommendations are not guarantees of compatibility, identity, availability or relationship outcome.

You are responsible for deciding who to contact and for using caution when meeting someone in person. Meet in public places, tell someone you trust, and do not share sensitive personal or financial information with people you have just met.

7. Coins, Premium Features and Platform Rewards

Meetance may offer coins, rewards, premium tools or paid features. Rewards may be limited, changed, reversed or removed if they were granted by mistake, abuse, automation, duplicate accounts or behavior that violates these terms.

8. Privacy and Personal Information

We use account, profile, location, photo, moderation and activity information to operate the service, improve matching, keep members safe, prevent abuse, provide support and maintain platform integrity. You control what you choose to share with other members, but you should avoid posting sensitive personal information publicly.

Admins may access limited private moderation records only when necessary for safety, support, audit, verification or abuse prevention.

9. Prohibited Uses

  • No illegal activity, trafficking, exploitation, sexual services, escorting or promotion of prohibited goods.
  • No hate speech, extremist content, threats, violence, self-harm encouragement or targeted harassment.
  • No scraping, bots, reverse engineering, security testing without permission or attempts to disrupt the service.
  • No fake engagement, fake reports, ban evasion, account farming or manipulation of matching systems.

10. Enforcement and Account Actions

We may warn, limit, hide, suspend, ban, delete or refuse service to accounts that violate these terms, harm other members, create safety risks, abuse rewards, evade moderation or expose Meetance to legal or operational risk.

Some decisions may be automated or based on admin judgment. You may contact support if you believe an action was taken in error.

11. No Guarantee of Dates or Relationships

Meetance provides tools for discovery, communication and matching. We do not guarantee matches, dates, relationships, member availability, member identity, emotional outcomes or offline safety. Use your own judgment and protect your personal boundaries.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as Meetance evolves, adds features or improves safety rules. The effective date and version may change when updates are published. Continued use of Meetance after an update means you accept the latest version.
